Unfortunately I ordered a sectional door replacement motor this time and was sent a roller door motor, completely incorrect, picture of motor is even clear as on the box. After 3 messages and 2 phone calls I was able to send back to them the incorrectly supplied item. It's been 4 weeks now and still have not received the motor that I've paid for.
