Two times when the case was charged the red light indicator flashed then stopped. The third time I let it charge for a few hours & when I checked the red light indicator was still. I even tried pairing it on Bluetooth. Obviously no power. So I ask for a refund. But the seller wants to pay 50% back & use the other 50% of my money for return & transfer cost . The item was faulty not my fault. Paid 100% Refund 100% !
