    Purchased clock mechanism they were packed in a post pack that was too small that the seller bent the arms to fit the bag. This was going to be a gift to fix a clock. When I spoke to seller suggested I straighten the arms that were badly damaged with kinks. Then offer part refund. Never taking responsibility for their errors. After a few more contacts got a full refund IT may have been great if it was package in a better, more productive packaging
