    Purchased item on 25/03/2025 and the item was advertised as a new item, on receiving the item it was apparent that it was infact second hand, numerous scratches on the screen, rear cover that doesn't fit and the quick start guide had the previous owners details written in blue pen. Item was returned via a track and sign service, which they received and signed for on 02/04/2025 numerous messages to seller regarding refund and to date still no refund being made. Avoid at all costs buyer beware.
