The headband can be bent to adjust the tightness if you have a big head, like me. Comfortable enough. When the microphone is turned on speech is clear and the electronics instantly turn off the amplifier on gun shot. Speech is none directional, as with all cheaper electronic ear protection. Socket for range radio communication. Overall, I'm very happy with these.
