    Purchased on 11 December with delivery before Christmas as a Christmas present said delivery by 17th. Nothing received so I chased on the 21st. Was sent a refund on, ironically, 25th December. No communication or apology. Not sure if I would have got anything without a chase. If you say delivery before Xmas do so or don’t say it. Very poor
