      Quality feel, smooth operation

      It is super nice. I had to replace the washer on the spool to get the line to wind level, but the instructions were very clear and the parts were included, otherwise this would be a 5 star review. Have not caught a fish using this reel yet so that part of this review is pending.

      Excellent high quality reel

      Solid product and well built. So right it requires you to close the bail manually and add long as this doesn't bother you, you should buy this reel. Fantastic casting, especially with braid on it.

      Penn still makes quality reels

      Bought as a Christmas gift but I already own one. Great reel for the money. Newer Penns made in China but still a great product. I’ve tried others and have come back to Penn.
