    I contacted this seller 25 days before placing the order to confirm the physical characteristics of this device, since his price, with shipping, was comparable to a new device that matches the stock photos he used in the ad. I was assured that he'd send me the info, but he didn't, so I went ahead and placed the order, expecting that the photos were a genuine representation of what I was getting. As you can see from my photo, they're not. Beware any seller who uses stock photos in their ads.

    My Mom passed away so excuse me if I forgot to get back to you. I was a bit preoccupied dealing with the hardest thing that ever happened in my life. I used several photos of the actual item/box and had a EXTREMELY DETAILED description of the item which described every single aspect of the device. included a few stock photos bc they show a lot more detail than the box does. They were a direct pull down from scanning the boxes barcode. I hope you feel good bc everything you said is false and not

    Fixed the unstable wifi zone in our home

    Our wifi router is in the basement, and we were having a lot of problems with our wifi connection on the main level. We could have leased a wifi extender through AT&T, but chose to purchase this Airtie 4921 on EBAY instead. It was brand new, in the original unsealed box, for $60 - about half the price we could have purchased if for other places. It was easy to set up, and so far has fixed our problems - we have streamed several movies and other shows with no delays, which was impossible with the old setup. Assuming it keeps working for at least one year, it will end up being much cheaper than the leasing option. I highly recommend this to others; but, do your homework first. The extender must be compatible with your router. Be sure to find the model number of your router and check ...
