The reason for purchase immediately tells us the vehicle has underlying issues as it is not regenning itself and a regen cant be forced if the vehicle has reached its limit (e.g soot levels) the buyer blamed vehicle faults on our item. We gave further advice on this and asked the buyer to return the item. The item was returned used, issued a partial refund
