They gave me a 20 dollar credit in a future order instead of refunding shipping. When I buy a new item and it comes broken, you have failed in your end of the bargain. I wouldn't pay 50% for a broken model. In the photos you took of the Daemon Prince, only the wings were detached; the rest of the model is in perfect condition. 2. The order was shipped for free. You received a $20 refund from us. Was it just a credit for future purchases? Refund half of the cost to you, which is simply incredible.Sorry.

This was pretty much an unavoidable risk. The package was well packed and super secure. Despite this, I was easily able to correct/fix the problems.
