It was missing rubber important washers, without one it was leaking water. Good value for money at this price. Be careful when using tools, use clothe or somethings when tightening tap with spanner as it may remove shiny still from top.

Easy to control the temperature. I would recommend this seller. Arrived very quick , all the bit to fit were there. This product will last a long time. If you want to save on electricity get shower taps, eventually we will be upgrading the taps to a thermostat bar type but still keeping this on the bath also with a shorter hose. 5 stars all round. Thanks
