    Do you like Survivor Reality Shows?

    I am not a big fan of Reality TV shows because they are too fake, too repetitive and boring! The only thing I liked about this program was the landscape/scenery and the occasional time when everyone was getting along and helping each other instead of complaining about everything and apparently NOT using the information they were apparently provided before they even started the trek through Alaska. Constant repeats that the producer did stuff to try to liven it up. So the 3 questions above - Is it a good value? depends on whether you are a fan of this type of program. Is it entertaining? Only if you can ignore the constant bickering. Are the characters engaging? Some yes, some no, depends on the events of the day. Can we answer yes or no to any of the above? NO!!!

    Great Survival Adventure

    Great adventure in Alaska with folks who were not at all familiar with the wilderness survival techniques even though they had been given instructions and advice ahead of time. There is no better teacher than experience though and it was interesting to see to what extents they would go to, to find food and a warm shelter in freezing temperatures. Just amazing! Some bailed out and some made it back to civilization, so proud of their accomplishment. :)
