It was really easy to shape, it doesn't dry out quickly, you can wrap it in plastic and keep working on your model for over 6 weeks and as it dries it becomes even more easier to shape it in detail. Best off all its not messy and your hands don't get covered in clay. I will 100% be buying again for further projects to use with my KS2 KS3 students. Pics added of projects at various stages.
