Conditions: Please ensure your hat is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact. (Custom or personalised items are only eligible for a size or colour exchange.)
How to Return: Simply email us at info@scottandgibson.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll send you simple instructions.
Return Shipping: Return postage is your responsibility unless your hat is faulty. We recommend using a trackable postal service.
Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
