      Poor (and damaged) outer packaging. Item works as it should but no receipt or VAT invoice provided, nor any reference to guarantee. Unprofessional compared to another Company from which I have purchased an SSD to work with this item. Delivery company (DPD?) brought forward delivery day without notice, and did not provide option to change or safe place option. Delivery driver ignored written request left on front door to leave with neighbour and left valuable package outside house.

      I checked dpd tracking and the parcel seems perfectly intact from delivery photo and was delivered to you within the estimated delivery window. Please complain to dpd if you're unhappy with your driver. I have nothing to do with that. Also, you never messaged me asking for any receipts, invoices etc.

      After 7 days of purchasing this item with 0 contact. Every message went unanswered and then gave me a return for an item I waited a week for that I didn’t get. Even lied as to why he refunded me saying my address was wrong. Ended up that they re-listed it at a higher price even though I had bought it a week prior to that. Extremely poor service, I do not recommend buying ever, EVERR! Disgraceful and had me feeling scammed.

      Rated only in as much as, we have only just started using it. It appears easy to use the controls, and the results of the food were good. For safety we have to make sure that the unit is away from underneath cupboards and walls, as well as a heat resistant glass worktop protector is underneath the unit..

      I had the older model dual zone 9.5L that I replaced because spare parts (drawers) were unavailable from Ninja website. This model is definitely a downgrade from the older one in few ways: heat comes from the back and not the top - it’s harder too cook evenly, difficult to shake food without making a mess. This model is louder, creates a lot of condensation around it if cooking from frozen. Exhausts also need more space if you’re not willing to soil around. I wouldn’t recommend it.

      Great product

      Little issue with the delivery at first as didn’t come when it said it has been dispatched and tracking not working but quickly resolved by the support team and then arrived the next day after being resent. Product works well, its larger than the one i had before and great that you can have both sides set the same and set them to finish at the same time too with different cooking temperatures and timings. It is quite large so although stacked it takes up a bit of space on the counter top and doesn’t fir as well in a cupboard but its a smart edition to the counter top to leave out.
