Stand included not new, damaged, and does not fit. Raised with seller, who claimed an issue with "fulfilment centre" so no a private seller but actually a business. Repeatedly had to chase seller about the stand, poor excuses given, and no resolution. extremely poor experience with poor customer service and lame excuses. Avoid this seller at all costs.

First sent something completely different to what was ordered, then sent the ordered item HP Z27n computer monitor 68.6 cm which despite being listed as new, was in refurb packaging, didn't have a stand, and had a dinged box. Difficult to know what the seller is getting out of this, everything gets blamed on a mystery 'fulfillment centre' which is some lockup industrial unit in Aintree. If this gets relisted then it's not new!!!!
