Initially, I did not receive my product even though it said it was delivered so I contacted them and they sent out a replacement. On the same day, both earphones arrived and when I told them that i will return one of the earphones, they told me to keep it. Earphones are great too, have a very long battery life and sit comfortably in my ear. I highly recommended this product. Thank you so much for your great customer service too.
