    GOOD IDEA BUT ANNOYING

    Good idea and the pads radiate quite a bit of heat. The only problem was that the stocking type pouch which holds the 2 pads in place tends to bunch up behind your knee making it uncomfortable. Having to constantly readjust it was annoying.

    A good idea but not for me

    I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it was too small and tight for me knee. If it was adjustable it may well be a winner

    Disappointed too many expectations.

    The heat pads are very small at just over 2 inches x 3 inches it would take 4 at a time to cover the outside/inside of my knee. The size of the pads made it difficult to feel any heat benefit.
