Told them I didn't need item anymore and after a few back and forth emails about the refund, they suggested for me to close the case and start the refund process again, as they somehow didn't manage to refund me. Once a seller suggests to close the case in order to start the procedure again, it's a big red flag because once a case is closed, you can wave goodbye to your refund.
