    Bought from this seller as it was listed as next day delivery & item was needed urgently for an elderly lady who's cooker had broken down, yet five days after the listing ended had made no attempt to despatch! I made contact with seller to ask when I could expect it to be despatched & had a rude "off hand" response but was told I would receive item this week, yet still hasn't been dispatched so won't be delivered this week. Rude & unhelpful seller. Wouldn't recommend dealing with.

    Very upsetting to receive this review, with a twisted account of the experience she received. Delivery was next day courier service once dispatched, and this item had a 3-4 working day turnaround. The customer simply did not read the listing, and was her behaviour and language on messages was just awful. We weren’t prepared to continue the transaction with her, and provided a full refund despite the fee losses we then had. It’s a shame small businesses have to suffer like this from nasty people.
