G14T12BS1AF-56J14 and received fan part no. G14T12BS2AF-56J14, They're all 15 blade fan but the fan I get has a very short cable which cannot be plugged in my ps3 CECHG03 without an extension. It's totally fine for me, I just ordered an extension cable for £3 and that's it I would recommend them because they sell good and clean parts. :)
