      Product arrived in good condition. It was well packed. It was exactly as described. Thank you. Unfortunately, buying experience suffered due to shockingly bad service from the courier. I was told it was out for delivery on three days in a row. It was finally delivered at the end of day three. Tracking suggested it was loaded on a van at about the time I contacted them to complain of late delivery!? Poor service, worse communication.

I have only had the Wave2 for a couple of days so I need to get my head fully around it. It came fully boxed and looked as new as the description said it would be.
