    Sadly this light bulb is not the right size for my lamp. The information says that it is a 'Genie', but the box does not. The part that is inserted into the lamp is much too big. This is not due to the seller, whom I believe sent them thinking they were correct for my requirements. They packaged the item with care and delivered using a courier. I believe Royal Mail would be cheaper and a lot faster too. This lamp is my only light source apart from my phone. Also returns are not accepted.

    Hi there. 1) The bulb is a Genuine Phillips Genie as per photos and lettering on the actual bulb as per listing photos. 2)The dimensions of the bulb are clear for everybody to read on the listing. 3) Returns are accepted. I Only warn customers to please make sure and buy the correct bulb, as I have to foot the bill for return postage... Even if it is not my fault. 4) Royal Mail is among the slowest couriers... Regards
