The seller is misrepresenting this Bose USB Link as brand new without retail packaging, but it is clearly a used dongle with evidence of having been previously paired to another set of NC700’s (rapid blue LED flashing). I had to reset the dongle before I could pair mine. Since this is used, the appearance is a bit scratched on the plastic and on the metal USB plug. On the plus side, it arrived quickly. On the minus side, it is bad value for money
