I've given neutral feedback as the communication didn't occur until I questioned where my delivery was on 24th March. Purchased on 19th March but not posted until 24th March. Seller gave lots of reasons about being understaffed, small business, weekend timings but seems to forget the buyer purchased a plant product/service based on the description they'd posted on their item's sale page.Reply from: bertotools- Feedback replied to by seller bertotools.- Feedback replied to by seller bertotools.You paid eBay on the 19th. Postage was paid by us on Friday 21st via eBay as per listing. We do not deliver to the PO on Fridays to avoid the plant being in a depot over the weekend. We have twice said sorry to you on the 24th for the short delay. You received a lovely plant on 25th. We are understaffed. We are paid by eBay 2 days after product delivery. You were told this, but you insinuated that you were being “strung along”. We are 2 parttime unsalaried 60+yo making our way.
