However, he replied to me when I had a small personal problem with the package: here he was very helpful. Other: he ships about 2 weeks after payment, but it is written in the advert, so nothing to say. As soon as he ships, in about 5 days it arrives with FedEx (under 150€ there is no customs). So, in general, do not worry: excellent seller and products too!
