Ferner werden die Abgabenordnung der DDR und ihr Verhaeltnis zu dem Grundgedanken eines rechtsstaatlichen Verwaltungsverfahrens sowie die wichtigsten Steuergesetze der DDR untersucht und abschliessend kritisch gewuerdigt.
