    I use this cream to help prevent nose bleeds as a result of long term rhinitis. Works well to keep nasal passages lubricated. It also works better than GP prescribed cream or cauterizing - for me anyway. I thought that it was worth trying and have not been disappointed. I use it twice a day (just a small amount) without irritation or side effects.
