Instructions said that thermostat & receiver were pre-paired - didnt't work - tried to pair, still didn't work - switched off BT HUB paired up straight away !! coincidence ?? BT HUB has high & low WiFi bands - thermostat also uses low band. - switched HUB back on, no problems since and tried thermostat in various positions round the house.
