They responded immediately and as the issue could not be resolved with the courier sent out a replacement which arrived the following day via Royal Mail. I cannot praise their customer service enough, it was excellent. I have not tried the Citrus Spray yet, but my dog definitely doesn’t like the smell, so I have every confidence if will work.
