He explained that the device was tested and in no way was it faulty. He mentioned that the lithium battery may have been installed wrong. As I didn’t install it, the security system technician did I was made aware of what appeared to be faulty by the technician. So upon looking into it the sellers remark yes it makes sense that the technician installed the battery incorrectly which is alarming. Apologies.
