If I may make one observation - the quality of the product does not seem to be quite as good as it used to be. Thinner plastic and the air bubbles pop more easily. Of course this is to do with the manufacture of the product rather than the selling of it - however, perhaps I am not alone in thinking this and therefore you might wish to consider feedback the manufacturer.

I would estimate having to use double thickness to wrap and protect items like glass, mirrors, etc. But thinness also allows for flexibility which will be handy when wrapping small items like ornaments, trinkets and CDs, etc. Pleased with my purchase.
