It still hadn't arrived 8 days later, so I contacted them saying I still wanted the item, and could they please contact their courier. I had no response from them, and the next I heard was a message from eBay telling me I had a refund! When I looked again at the seller's shop, the same bag of dog food was still on sale for almost double the price I paid!! - Dodgy.
