Raised this with the seller & they said the item has been replaced with a ‘new model’ & the one pictured is of an ‘old design’. Even after raising this with them a month ago they’re still advertising the ‘old design’ - photo needs updating on the listing as the new design does not offer the arch support of the one pictured! Seller did offer a return of the item, however I’d removed it from the packaging, so unable to do so.
