Both returned for full refund which was also dealt with quickly. Disappointed that quality of item was not as expected and did waste almost 2 weeks of my time waiting in for delivery/collection and building. That being said customer service was exceptional. Lesson, if it’s cheaper than anywhere else it’s probably too good to be true! Plenty of exercises available for a home Gym from the Marcy GS99 I definitely recommend the Double Stack Machine all as described! Well packaged/delivered early + 1 yrs Warranty👍 And Shelby/Nicky are lovely to deal with both gave me Outstanding Customer Service, I also needed a few extra bits from them but nothing was to much trouble everything got posted out next day Not a Problem!👍☺️ Would most definitely recommend and shop with them again!
