    I don't normally reply to negative feedback but honestly I have met some absolute numpties in my time and this one is right up there. Pays £6 for some blank discs and 12 of them were something different. Offered him a £1.56 refund and he declines it and then escalates it to eBay and gets a full refund.. WOW not a bad bit of business if I say so myself!!
