The interface is simple and straight forward, bluetooth can be a bit hit and miss to set up (no worse than most bluetooth devices) but once connected it is very stable and sounds great. My player has an issue with wired headphones (sound distorted no matter which ones I use) but as I don't use them it doesn't bother me. Overall its a good piece of kit for the money, highly recommended.

Delivery was almost instantaneous, and when there was a flaw with one of the units, a replacement was sent out immediately and received the next day. These players are fantastic little units, the sound is actually VERY good for the price point, the menus are straight forward and the options are just what you need, ie: being able to set the file type and bitrates for recording. It will play video but only.avi/avm @300x240. Fantastic company and product!
