    I won and paid. It did not arrived so I queried that but made clear that I still wanted the item. Next thing I received a refund which I had not requested. I took this up with the seller and he stated that if I still wanted it, then it would be sent to me immediately. This never happened and I found out that it was being advertised again on eBay for another week for the same price. This is a breach of faith. I will never use this seller again as it seems very underhand.

    We were waiting for a response and explained as we had to refund if the buyer if he wished to repurchase then they would have to go to the readvertised option The buyer instead put negative feedback rather than sort the issue out.
