    Great value tap, let down my inferior fixing kit.

    This appears to be an excellent tap, performing as well as, or better than similar taps costing considerably more. I would have given the tap a 5 star rating, but I have some comments relating to the supplied fixing kit, which rather let things down. The supplied rubber "O" ring intended to provide a seal between the base of the tap and the sink surface is too thin, and does not fulfil its intended function. I fortunately had a more substantial "O" ring available, and as able to use that instead. The metal securing plate and related rubber pad which secure the tap below the sink, are far too flimsy, and distorted under the slightest tightening force. I was fortunately able to re-use the equivalent, but far more substantial, components salvaged from the original tap being replaced. In ...

    Cheap tat !

    Arrived on time that’s when it all went downhill, Spent Four days trying to solve leak in the end had to buy a proper one from tool station , twice the price but half the heartache ! Leaking from the actual body of the tap, the moral of this story is You get what u pay for !

    Not up to value

    This is the second time I have purchased an item similar to this albeit different dealers, and both had the same problem. After a short period of time it begins to drip and the handles constantly need tightening up. Pay a bit extra for your next one !

    Good item

    Needed to replace existing tap and this is one good for the price. Not as good quality as my previous tap but good for the price. Easy to fit if you don’t have a fiddly cupboard under the sink and if it’s easy access to where it will be situated. Nice water flow and shower option is good.
