Item also took a month to receive, and seller did not voluntarily coordinate the shipping claim for damage or offer to cover return costs per eBay policy. US buyers should be aware of potential international difficulties.

On the other hand, I would like to clarify three points in regard to the buyer's feedback that contain inaccuracies: 1. The product name and description are not misleading. 2. The item is new, but it is not sealed. 3. This is an issue prior to any action according to eBay policy.
