After reading the reviews and the “Excellent refurbished”, I was expecting to receive the pot in a pristine condition, almost like new but it was far from that. Came without the extra ring, with the display screen looking like it has been glued into place, heavy scratches on the body and rust marks on the lid, I wouldn’t describe this as “Excellent “ but rather Grade B or C as the pot looks like it’s been used for years. I could’ve bought a better just “used” pot for less.

There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery, as I was initially given the wrong tracking number, but communication with the seller was great and they provided me with the correct tracking number very quickly.
