      Long term results

      Being an Electrician, over the years I have fitted 100's of extractor fans, either box standard or with various features incorporated. I bought this one to fit into a clients property that he rented out. Tenant had complained about condensation and Black Spot Mould but didn't have the sense to open the windows. Property owner asked if there was anything I could do to help alleviate this. I suggested fitting an extractor that had both timer and humidistat sensor, his only input was that it had to be of a good make. Having fitted many Xpelair over the years I knew that this was the one. The added bonus of this fan is the quiet running. VERY QUIET! This, I believe, is achieved by the fan running slightly slower than most others fans but don't let that put you off. If using the timer ...

      Leave alone - Humidstat faulty!

      Purchased this item as it has humidistat, what a probem it is, constantly switching on even on lowest setting, runs all night sometimes, have to switch off at isolator switch. Do not buy, not worth the money and poor quality

      Get the right one for the job
