    Item arrived without a power cord, seller responded it was not included in pictures or description. I had already messaged him about the remote control that was not included in the pictures or description and he said it was included and he forgot to add it. After waiting on a new power cord via Amazon, the item did not function at all. It gave a "disc not recognized" message on every type of dvd, bluray, and music disc we tried. Packaging was unacceptable, unit was bouncing around the box.
