    I purchased the plaster of Paris for Christmas, when I wrap it I opened the parcel (still in its bubble wrap), one of the characters was snapped in half. I contacted the seller who was most unhelpful and pretty rude. I was told that as I had not mentioned it soon enough (I said that it was because I had just got around to wrapping) that they wouldn’t replace the item (I only wanted the one that had broke) I guess the little girl I got it for will be upset! I wouldn’t buy or recommend this seller
