They arrived in a lovely box with different size buds, so they can fit into any ear size. They have such easy instructions with a press once for volume one, twice for two and three for the highest volume. You really can hear so well on the first volume. Very happy with the seller, great communication and will definitely purchase again. A+++++⭐

They actually work better than the NHS hearing aids (which have broken and waiting repair), I highly recommend these, only problem we're having is getting my employers to except they are hearing aids not earphones ! Now trying to get a letter from the doctors (£45) just to say they are hearing aids. But i can't recommend these enough, BRILLIANT !!!
