For my car, there's a rubber bushing pad on the upper coil mounting surface, so I pushed the upper sleeve down leaving the top of the coil exposed so it could slot into the rubber bushing pad without stretching and potentially splitting it. The bottom mount had no bushing, just metal to metal contact, so I pushed the rubber sleeve all the way down to the end of the coil. Secured sleeves with zip ties.
