      The true chef's Bible...

      I trained in catering using the 6th edition of this book and it has everything that you could possibly need including hints and tips and suggestions for when you go wrong. It is clearly laid out precise and easy to follow. As is often the case I borrowed it to a friend and never had it back! Yes it is that good! It is so good that I am still using it over 30 years later. Buy it you won't regret it...
