I use Parmesan regularly, but have always been wary of the cheese grater… particularly when getting close to the end of the block. This little mill does the job safely, and looks good too. Not inexpensive by any means, but I’m hoping it will last for years. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

This mill does the job though you do have to press the side hard to get it to grate. It doesn't grate all the cheese and leaves some in the mill. It also needs to be dismantled every time to get it cleaned up. Having said that I am reasonably happy with it.
