      Delia has sadly,recently seemed to have taken a back seat in contemporary cookery-this is the 2nd copy of her Complete Cookery Course I have had as the first one , a paperback, has fallen to bits after so many years of use. This is a fantastic classic book and so useful for referring to for cake tin sizes, quantities for different sized Christmas cakes etc Every home cook should have this book

      The Complete Cookrty Course

      This book is everything I expected. All the recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are found in the local supermarket without having to hunt about for them. Each recipe is written in detail so that every stage is explained in full. Meal times are much more pleasant now that I have this book. I would recommend it to everyone.

      Delia's Complete Cookery Course

      I bought this book about 22yrs ago. Unfortunately it got burned in a fire. Nothing to do with the recipes ha ha ! It has the most wonderful rich fruit cake recipe I have ever come across. It's an excellent book for beginners too because she gives you step by step instructions.
