    Excellent, but not perfect.

    Four stars out of five, because this newest iteration of this mirror has a slightly convex mirror. This yields a smaller image compared with the previous model which had a flat mirror. The flat mirror produces an image where it is easier to discern content. Personally, I find the flat mirror yields much more satisfying image over the new convex iteration. Other than that, I consider it an excellent product and would readily purchase again, if and when the need arises.

    Poor mounting

    The concept is good having it mount in the end of the handle bars. But removing the handle bar grips is a chore. Once you get the grips off, there is no way to install some sort of backing so that the screw will have something to screw into thus holding the mirror secure. Need a better way to fasten the mirror to the handle bars.

    Safety First!

    I’ve cycled thousands of miles and have always used some type of mirror. These give a good view of the vehicular traffic coming from behind. I won’t ride without it.

    Quality mirror

    I've tried other mirrors on my bicycle but this one is the best. It has great optical quality and is slightly convex for a wide field of view. Mounting it was easy and it is easy to adjust. It holds its position even on bumpy terrain. Mounting it at the end of the handlebars gives it an unobstructed view of the road and the approaching cars. This mirror is also made in the USA.
